This past weekend, I joined other local authors for a reading. The title was ‘Back to School Author Reading’ and the stories were fall/autumn or child related.I relayed a chapter from my children’s chapter book, Ockleberries to the Rescue, about a beaver with a split tooth. http://www.dreamwritepublishing.ca/products/ockleberries-rescue
It was a good afternoon, with spellbinding tales and great companionship. Our generous hosts, Social Grounds Coffeehouse as always had delicious treats to enjoy. The beautiful equine pictures are from a local artist.
I am also attending this event tomorrow with a dear friend, Marilyn – should be entertaining and enlightening.
