My other half is a bookaholic. Usually this works out fine as if I have to do something that requires he wait, he has no problem as long as reading material is available. Often we come in from a social function and he heads for a book. One time this happened I was working on something that was a two-person task and he was sitting at the kitchen table engrossed. Honey can you help me for 10 seconds. Honey??? HONEY???. I had to put the task down and go remove the book from his hands before he noticed I was talking.

Thanks for dropping by today. Yes once you become absorbed in a story it is hard to come back to reality! That is the magic of a good book.
