I have reason to celebrate today as this is my 2000 blog post. When I began this blog back on 8th August 2010, I had no idea what I was doing – literally! I posted tentatively with a simple Hello World and wondered if I would ever find a follower. However, I learnt the complexities of regular content over time. One experiment was to post every single day, which, looking back was mad. However, it did garner interest and I don’t regret it one bit. I really love connecting with people all over the world, whether readers, or writers. The book community is so special and we are connected by story, whether reading them, or writing them.

If you take a look at my flag counter you can see the 209 countries that follow me. I am currently at 207,170 hits, which is mind blowing to say the least.

So I want to say a huge thank you to you all for taking the time to drop by, read, comment and connect. It means so much to me.
