As many of my regular visitors know I rarely write poetry, however during Poetry Month in April of this year, I did write a few! The Writers Foundation of Strathcona County set out prompts every day under the main title for the contest – World on Fire. You could pick which prompts sparked an idea and submit them for inclusion into a poetry anthology.
